Tuition & Registration

The tuition costs of the New York City Children’s Chorus are funded by NYCCC families, and the costs per year are listed below. Once a child successfully auditions for the New York City Children’s Chorus, the family will be informed of placement via email. At that point, a registration form and payment for one half-year tuition is due on June 14th. A final tuition payment is due in September. Tuition aid is available for families in need.

Piccolo (Grades 1): $1,475

Upon registering for the New York City Children’s Chorus, all families must acknowledge that they have read and understand the policies outlined in the Chorister Handbook. You can find a copy of our handbook here.

 FAQs

  • If your child has a successful audition, you will be notified by the email address provided in their audition form. A registration form will be sent via Adobe and an invoice will be issued via QuickBooks.

  • The NYCCC administers a tuition aid program for talented students with limited financial means. Families may speak to the Executive Director about tuition aid upon the successful completion of the audition process. Tuition aid is awarded based solely on need.

  • If you would like to sponsor a full or partial tuition award for a child in need, please contact Helen Karloski or Andrew Henderson. All donations to our tuition aid fund are fully tax deductible.
