Saint Andrew Chorale & Orchestra
New York City Children’s Chorus
Marc Molomot, tenor
Andrew Henderson, conductor
The Saint Andrew Chorale opens its 61st season with Mozart’s beloved vespers for chorus, soloists and orchestra. The New York City Children’s Chorus joins the Saint Andrew Chorale in a performance of Britten’s Saint Nicolas, a cantata that offers a bold portrait of the ancient 4th-century saint, now the modern, beloved Santa Claus, set to a libretto by Eric Crozier.
